In your life whenever you will stop learning consider that point as the end of your life. The world is developing very faster than we think. You need to update yourself with time by time. Start learning totally different and new things that have been attached with your life.

Never do comparison between Yoga and Gym !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both are totally different thing. Never do comparison of them because they are best as their own opinion. Yoga is helpful for your mind and body, as Gym is also important for Your Body. It's okay if you don't go gym but you should continue Yoga.
I do exercise everyday
It doesn't matters if it's Sunday or Monday or any other. I never feels laziness. On every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday i never miss a chance to attend Gymnastics and Parkour classes at Hoop Gym. On all other days of week i went Race Course. Workout hard, stay fit, stay healthy and happy.

I have started learning Gymnastic and Parkour @HOOP
I used to learn different sports and Adventures. I was thinking to start swimming again but then heart said to learn gymnastic and parkour so that i have joined classes. Gymnastic is very useful for Parkour, because after all your body should be flexible as much as possible.

Yesterday was one of best day of my life
